A Letter from Roma
Tuesday, July 17th, 2007I received an email from a client, Roma Pohorecky. The sound of a true Cossack name that resonates from your stomach.
Roma wrote; Hi Rhinoman, I figure you are a busy guy but I need direction. I have the Megachest course and I get the basic workout, but there are a lot of breathing exercises covered in your book. Chest expansion appeals to me so I want to start as soon as possible.
Can you give me a guide, an ABC approach so to speak. I love this course, you would not believe how bad my breathing is, shallow and totally belly, I hold my breath all the time.
Roma also wrote about health problems due to an encounter with a criminal, got hurt, but the Canadian health system didn’t offer the help necessary for full recovery. Roma said “I now must take my health into my own hands”.
Roma, I suggest that you start with the Megachest program as presented in the course on page1. Most of the breathing exercises I teach in the workout program are designed for the specific purpose of chest cavity expansion along with abdominal wall strength building and muscle development.
There will come a time when the Megachest workout exercises seem to flow without excessive effort. At that time step up to the intermediate level workout and begin experimenting with the breathing exercises outside of the Megachest workout. The breathing exercises start at “Increasing the Range” on page 33.
The breathing exercises get progressively harder as you proceed through the book. The breathing exercises are a course in themselves. Progression through the breathing exercises after the Megachest workout is extremely demanding both physically and mentally, the Megachest workout will prepare you for that next step.
I hope this information helps those with the Megachest course. For those of you who do not know what we are talking about, I suggest a visit to www.rhinomanprod.com buy the course and change your life forever.
Enjoy your life to the fullest, penetrate your barriers never, never, quit.
Rhinoman
